  • Basic progress tracking
  • Access to educational content about social anxiety
  • Limited AI-generated feedback on assessment results

Premium Features (Subscription Required):

  • Structured therapeutic exercise program (15 exercises across work and leisure contexts)
  • Voice simulation practice for real-time conversational exposure exercises
  • Practice session scheduling and reminders
  • Social diary for tracking real-world exposure practice
  • AI-powered coach feedback on exercises and diary entries
  • Unlimited AI-powered personalized feedback and coping strategies
  • Advanced progress analytics and trend analysis
  • Priority support
  • Lifetime access option available

2.2 Service Availability

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available"
  • We strive for 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted access
  • Scheduled maintenance will be announced when possible
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with notice

6. Payment Terms and Subscriptions

Current pricing for subscription plans:

  • Lifetime Access: €105 (one-time payment)

Prices are in EUR and may be subject to applicable taxes.

6.2 Payment Processing

  • Payments processed securely via Stripe
  • You authorize us to charge your payment method
  • Prices may change with 30 days' notice to existing subscribers

6.3 Lifetime Access

  • Lifetime access is a one-time payment with no recurring charges
  • No automatic renewals or subscriptions
  • Access continues as long as the Service is available

6.4 Free Trial

There is no free trial period. Payment is required to access premium features.

6.5 Refund Policy

14-Day Money-Back Guarantee: You may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase. For EU/EEA users, this aligns with the statutory right of withdrawal for digital content.

All refunds are issued by MentalNext Ltd. To request a refund, contact olli@mentalnext.com with your order details.

6.6 Payment Disputes

Contact us first to resolve payment issues. You may also dispute charges through your payment provider within their specified timeframes.

7. Intellectual Property Rights

7.1 Our IP

All content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, software, AI-generated content templates) are owned by MentalNext Ltd and protected by:

  • Copyright
  • Trademark
  • Patent (if applicable)
  • Trade secret laws

7.2 Limited License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to:

  • Access and use the Service for personal purposes
  • Download AI-generated feedback for personal use

You may NOT:

  • Reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works
  • Use content for commercial purposes
  • Remove copyright or proprietary notices

7.3 User Content

  • You retain ownership of content you submit (e.g., survey responses, exercise notes)
  • You grant us a license to use your content to provide the Service
  • We will not share your personal content publicly without permission
  • Anonymous, aggregated data may be used for research and improvement

If you provide feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation or compensation to you.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.3 Maximum Liability

Our total liability to you for any claims related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

8.4 Exceptions

Some jurisdictions do not allow limitation of implied warranties or liability for incidental/consequential damages. These limitations may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable consumer protection law.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately if:

  • You breach these Terms
  • We are required by law
  • We discontinue the Service (with reasonable notice)

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination:

  • Your right to use the Service ceases immediately
  • We may delete your data per our retention policy
  • You can request data export before termination (see Privacy Policy)
  • Payment obligations for past periods remain

12.4 Survival

13.3 Jurisdiction and Venue

Any disputes shall be resolved in the competent courts of the user's country of residence within the EU/EEA, or as otherwise required by applicable law.

For EU/EEA Consumers:

  • You may bring claims in your country of residence

14. General Provisions

14.1 Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and MentalNext Ltd.

Failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver.
