This page is for the Jollido app, made by MentalNext Oy. It tells you how to delete your Jollido account and your data, and what we keep after that.
Do you pay for Jollido in the App Store or Google Play? Deleting your account does not stop the payments. Cancel the subscription in the store too.
Delete your account in the app
- Open the Jollido app and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab and scroll down to “Account”. No Profile tab yet? Tap “Account and settings” on the “Your profile is saved” screen.
- Tap “Delete my account”.
- Tap “Delete my account” again to confirm.
The deletion is immediate. There is no waiting period, and we cannot bring the account back.
Delete your account by email
Use this way if you do not have the app, cannot sign in, or cannot find the button.
- Send an email to olli@mentalnext.com from the email address of your Jollido account.
- One sentence is enough: “Please delete my Jollido account.”
- We delete the account and reply to you within 30 days.
What is deleted
Our server deletes your data first: your profile, your questionnaire answers, your program, your practices, your chats, your diary and your progress. Then it deletes your sign-in account.
Your phone keeps its own copy until you clear it. To clear it, tap “Delete everything” in the app, or remove the app. “Delete everything” alone is not account deletion: it clears the phone only, and your account stays.
What is kept and for how long
- A security record of the deletion request (email address, IP address, and device or browser information): up to 1 year.
- AI usage records (counts and cost, no conversation text): up to 1 year.
- Database backups: your data is gone from them within 7 days.
Subscriptions
Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription you bought in the App Store or Google Play. Cancel it yourself in the subscription settings of the store. Apple, Google Play and our subscription service RevenueCat keep their purchase records as their own rules require.
